Pengelolaan Diklatpim Tingkat IV pada Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kota Lubuklinggau

The objective of this study is to describe the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitatif. The technique of collecting the data through interview, observations and documentation. The result of the research show that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City implemented with the goal of building the civil servants' operational leadership competencies who will or who have occupied echelon IV. The capability is the ability to plan the agency's activities and lead the implementation of these activities. that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City has managed by structural trainning sector and the division head of leadership training as a tecnical implementation of the activities

Korelasi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Disiplin antara Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP

The purpose of this study is to analyze the general school leadership and discipline of work with teacher performance junior high schoolAs the District of STL TerawasUluMusiRawas. The study population was all government school teachers in junior high schoolAs the District STL TerawasUluMusiRawas which amounted to 102 people, with a standard error of 10%, the number of samples from a population of 102 people to 73 people. The conclusions of the research are as follows: First, a significant difference between the Leadership Principal principals on teacher performance by the correlation value of 0.343. Secondly, a significant difference between the performance of teachers Work Discipline by the correlation value of 0.736. Third, there is simultaneously a significant influence between Headmaster Leadership and Work Discipline principals on teacher performance by the correlation value of 0.737

The purpose of writing the article is to describe the barriers and solutions in the management of high school and vocational integration into the province of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study are to describe about academic supervision program, the implementation of academic supervision, the evaluation through the process and result of academic supervision and the headmaster followed action in implementing the academic supervision in Junior High School 13 South Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. After the research we can conclude that the implementation of academic supervision had been done fit to common academic supervision principle. The continued action that is taken by the headmaster in implementing academic supervision were by re-observe the result of supervision, made some revision toward supervision program, and made some improvement to the teachers individually or group

This study aimed to describe the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher at junior high school number one Bermani Ilir Kepahiang Regency. This research apprach used is descriptive qualitative because they collected and analysis is more qualitative, which aims to understand the meaning behind the they looks.The results of this study stated that the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher done through the integration of character education into everyday learning. The school has tried as much as possible to improve the srategy of character education through the process of planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and follow-up recommendation in order to approach perfection in accordance with the applicable procedures

Implementasi Hubungan Sekolah dan Masyarakat di SMP Negeri 10 Kabupaten Lebong (Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif )

- Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskrifsikan: Analisis kebutuhan sekolah, penyusunan program, menyusun pembagian tugas, melaksanakan kegiatan humas dalam hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat di SMP N 10 Kabupaten Lebong. Penelitian melakukan deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif . Subyek penelitian adalah komite, guru, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dengan tehnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyusunan program hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat belum menekankan proses penetapan kegiatan di masa akan datang dengan mengatur berbagai sumber daya secara efektif dan efesien untuk mencapai hasil yang seoptimal mungkin sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, dalam jangka panjang yaitu untuk 5 tahun. Sekolah tidak menyusun bantuan masyarakat dalam bentuk fisik dan financial dikerenakan adanya perintah bupati tentang larangan pungutan untuk kegiatan sekolah. Saran penyusunan program sebaiknya berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan sekolah dengan menekankan proses penetapan kegiatan di masa akan dating dalam jangka waktu lima tahun pembagian tugas dan pelaksanaan kegiatan humas hendaknya dalam bentuk tim
